A Ministry of Faith Chapel Wesleyan Church
Have you ever been left out of something, been that last one picked for a game or felt like you just don’t belong? I know I have and it is not
a good feeling.  With the help of many spirit-filled leaders and God, we would like to connect teens with Christ, each other and the church.
In the “Body of Christ”, we can all work together in carrying out the Great Commission in light of the Great Commandment while building
our faith in Jesus.

In addition to providing fellowship opportunities, it is our goal to equip our teens with loving relationships that provide support and
accountability as they strive to live the life of faith.  We will provide Scriptural teachings in a fun and exciting atmosphere to move a teen
from choosing to believe and grow in Christ, to understanding their worth and significance in the body.   We will also endeavor to model
servant evangelism and teach by example how to biblically share our faith with others.

As leaders, we will continue to step back and give the teens the opportunity to lead.
As a youth group, we will continue to step out and serve our church and community.
“I will give you a new heart and put a new Spirit in you.”

Re: 2008-9 Student Ministry Year

Dear Parents and Adult Leaders,

“I will give you a new heart and put a new Spirit in you.”  Ezekiel 36:26

Absolute truth does exist! It is found in Jesus Christ. “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through
me.” (John 14:6). Living according to the truth must be the ultimate desire of every devoted follower of Christ.

We intend to let God reconnect our “being” with “doing” by helping to link the inner life of thoughts and beliefs with our outer life of
relationships and action.  What a worthy desire to reflect Christ, to walk like He did (1 John 2:6)!

With the help of many spirit-filled leaders and God, we would like to connect teens with Christ, each other and the church. In the “Body
of Christ”, we can all work together in carrying out the Great Commission in light of the Great Commandment while building our faith in
Jesus.

Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.  I look forward to what God will do in this year in our teens and in
us.

Until all have opportunity,
